Underwood Girls Eliminate Lake Park-Audubon in 6A Playoffs

Underwood eliminated Lake Park-Audubon from the Section 6A girls’ basketball playoffs on Saturday afternoon in Perham, beating the Raiders by the score of 74-54 after leading 49-28 at halftime.

Kayla Rocholl led Underwood with 23 points, 3 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 assists.  Josey Bugbee had 14 points, 7 rebounds, 4 steals and 4 assists, and Ceri Meech added 11 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.  Mo Bugbee and Brooke Hovland each contributed 5 steals and Hovland had 8 points.

Underwood will match up with Henning on Wednesday night at 7:45pm at UM-Morris in the Section 6A semifinals.
