Riley Leabo led four players in double digits with 24 points. Brennan Amundson had 14, Kayne Cameron finished with 13 and Drew Johnson contributed 10 points.
“This is the best game we have played this year,” commented Battle Lake Head Coach C.J. Peeters. “We had our mistakes, no doubt, but the boys played well and played together. They executed on offense and controlled the game. Mills is a good team and we never let them get rolling. This is a great team win on the road.”
New York Mills was led by Tate Olson with 12 and Derin Gaudette with 10.
Battle Lake (10-11) will host Frazee on Friday night.
