Perham Boys Improve to 22-0 with Win Over Frazee

The Perham boys’ basketball team improved their season record to 22-0 with an 80-49 win over Frazee on Thursday night in Perham.  The Yellowjackets led 44-20 at the half.

Perham was hot from the field, making 62.3% (33-53) of their shots and 43.5% (10-23) of their 3-point attempts.

Finn Diggins had a huge night, scoring 34 points on 15-of-22 shooting.  He also had 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.  Elijah Morris contributed 15 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists and Charlie Rasmussen added 12 points and 6 assists.  Gunnar Anderson scored 9 points, pulled down 7 rebounds and dished out 4 assists.

Jack Courneya was the leading scorer for the Hornets with 15 points and Broden Fliesher added 9.  Cole Fleisher finished with 8 points.  Frazee made 44.4% (20-45) of their field goal attempts.

Perham will play at Esko on Friday, while Frazee (9-13) pays a visit to Battle Lake.
