Brandon-Evansville beat Wheaton/Herman-Norcross on Saturday afternoon by a score of 55-51, making it two wins in three days for the Chargers over the Warriors.

“It was fun playing on a bigger court,” said B-E Head Coach Trent Hintermeister. “It’s nice of UMM to allow local high schools to use their facilities.

Tanner Bitzan, Keagan Schiele and Titus Fuller each had 11 points to lead the Chargers.  Marshall Riedel added 10 and Tyler Bitzan chipped in with 9.
“We made enough plays to win the game,” added Hintermeister. “We played with composure when it mattered and knocked down some shots at important times in the game. We look forward to some important games next week as we play 3 teams with winning records.”

Matt Thielen had a game high 23 points to lead the Warriors and Dylan Bainbridge scored 11.

Brandon-Evansville (14-7) will play at Parkers Priaire on Tuesday.

Wheaton/Herman-Norcross (9-12) will host the Rothsay Tigers on Thursday night.
