Hancock Girls Beat Rothsay to Win Fifth in a Row

Hancock shot 57% from the field on Monday night as they defeated the Rothsay Tigers 72-52 in a High School girls’ basketball contest.  Rothsay made only 37% of their shots.

 

Jayna Gronewold scored 29 points, had 7 rebounds and came up with 10 steals to lead the Tigers.  Kenadi Carlsrud added 10 points and 4 rebounds.

Rothsay (8-15) will host Underwood in a Little Eight Conference contest on Thursday.

Hancock (16-6) will host Battle Lake on Tuesday and West Central Area on Thursday.
