Junior point guard Dominic Aguilar played the role of hero on Thursday night in Brainerd as he knocked down a 3-point field goal at the buzzer to lift the Fergus Falls boys’ basketball team to 70-69 win over the Warriors. Aguilar scored 13 points and was one of four Otters in double figures.
Ethan Olson had a game high 19 points, Chance Fazio added 15 and Cody Norgren finishd with 10.
Fergus Falls trailed by as many as 15 points in the game.
The Otters (16-4) won their sixth straight game. They will ply at Sauk Rapids-Rice on Tuesday night.
