Wolverines Prevail Over Raiders in Overtime

Wadena-Deer Creek and Lake Park-Audubon battled at Moorhead High School on Saturday afternoon with the Wolverines coming out on top 57-52 in overtime.  LPA led 29-19 at the half, however, WDC came back to tie the game at the end of regulation, 48-48.

 

Etta Miosek led Lake Park-Audubon with 20 points and Kay Pederson finished with 18.

Madison Carsten led Wadena-Deer Creek with 18 points and Kennedy Gravelle hit three 3’s on the way to a 13 point performance.

Wadena-Deer Creek (12-9) will host Henning (19-1) on Thursday night in Wadena.
