Megan Riedel scored 11 points to lead New York Mills. Three players, Brenna Thompson, Karli Kawlewski and Bella Bauck scored 10 points each.
Madison Carsten led the Wolverines with 17 points and Kennedy Gravelle added 9.
New York Mills held a 26-24 halftime lead.
The Eagles (12-8) will host Menahga on Friday night.
