“This was a huge all around team win,” said Underwood Head Coach Brian Hovland.  “I'm not sure I have ever coached a team quite like this one. To win a game against a good team like Parkers and not have one girl in double figures says a lot about how unselfish they are. They thrive off playing great defense and are starting to really come together on the offensive end.”

Ceri Meech had 9 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 assists to lead the Rockets.  Kayla Rocholl had 7 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals and 3 assists.  Josey Bugbee added six points, Brooke Hovland had 4 points and 6 boards, and Ally Johnson contributed 5 points and 6 rebounds.

Underwood made 30% (16-52) of their field goal attempts and went 9-for-12 (75%) from the free throw line.

The Rockets (11-5 overall, 6-2 LEC) will play at Hancock on Tuesday night.

Parkers Prairie (10-5 overall, 7-2 LEC) will travel to Wadena on Tuesday night.
