“Another nice conference win at home,” said Henning Head Coach Randy Misegades. “We opened up a nice lead in the latter part of the second half and increased it down the stretch. Menahga has some very nice offensive players and we had a difficult time slowing them down.”
The Hornets were led by Parker Fraki (22 points, 5 rebounds, 6 steals and 7 assists), Isaac Fisher (21 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists), Lee Bjorklund (15 points, 6-8 FG, 2 assists) and Blake Wallevand (12 points, 3 rebounds, 4 steals, 6 assists). Henning assisted on 30 of their 34 made field goals.
Henning (15-1, 7-0 PRC) will host Ashby on Monday night.
Menahga (6-8, 3-3 PRC) will face Wadena-Deer Creek at 12:30pm Saturday at Target Center in downtown Minneapolis.
