The Rothsay boys’ basketball team hosted a non-conference matchup with the Hancock Owls on Monday night. Tied going in to halftime at 31, Hancock dominated the second half and won by a 64-51 final.
“We played a really solid first half, really doing what we wanted to do on both sides of the ball,” said Rothsay Head Coach Taylor Fuhs. “Hancock made an adjustment in the second half and we didn’t execute the way we wanted to and couldn’t get stops or scores.”
Rothsay was led by Colby Larson with 14 points and 6 assists, and Sam Danielson with 12 points.
