Chargers Hold Bears to 24 Points in Boys Basketball Victory

Brandon-Evansville beat Bertha-Hewitt by a score of 59-24 on Tuesday night. 

Marshall Riedel scored 15 points to pace four players in double figures for the Chargers.  Keagan Schiele added 12 points, and Tyler Bitzan and Tanner Bitzan each scored 11 points.

“We played hard and did some little things better tonight,” stated B-E Head Coach Trent Hintermeister. “We need to continue to work on taking care of the ball and improving our consistency of competing for 36 minutes. I'm excited to finally get to practice tomorrow and Thursday before playing a big conference game on Friday night in Brandon.”

Aden Rach and Kole Wieshalla scored five points each to lead the Bears.

Brandon-Evansville (8-4) will host Parkers Prairie on Friday night.

Bertha-Hewitt (1-10) will host New York Mills on Thursday.
