Brandon-Evansville lost to Hancock 62-57 in Hancock on Monday night.

“We got out competed tonight on the boards,” Brandon-Evansville Head Coach Trent Hintermeister. “We didn't do the things necessary to win. It's becoming something we need to figure out soon. We had a couple guys play well offensively in spurts, but we weren't consistent enough to win this one.”

The Chargers were led by Marshall Riedel and Titus Fuller with 22 and 14 points, respectively.  Both players connected on three 3-pointers in the contest and B-E made a total of 9 treys.  Tyler Bitzan and Keagan Schiele each had 8 points.

Matt Thompson poured in 26 points to lead the Owls.  Kody Berget and Daniel Milander each scored 9 points and Preston Rohloff had 8.

Brandon-Evansville (7-4) will host Bertha-Hewitt on Tuesday and Parkers Prairie on Friday.

Hancock (5-4) will play at Dawson-Boyd on Tuesday night.
