Sophomore Tori Ratz connected on her first five 3-point shots and made 6-of-8 overall from beyond the arc, scoring a game high 24 points to lead the Fergus Falls girls’ basketball team to their eleventh straight victory, a 73-43 win over St. Cloud Tech. The Otters made 11 3’s in all with Ellie Colbeck hitting two and finishing with 14 points.
Paige Pearson contributed 8 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists, and Anna Anderson added 8 points and 3 boards. Sabrina Fronning had 8 points, 5 rebounds and a team high 8 assists, and Colbeck ended up with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Gretchen Davis had 4 points and 4 rebounds.
Leaders for St. Cloud Tech were Genaya Murray with 8 points and Hailie Christiansen with 7. The Tigers are now 2-10 and have lost nine straight games.
Fergus Falls (11-1) improved to 6-0 against Central Lakes Conference teams. The Otters will play at Hawley on Tuesday night.
