Trojans Force 25 Turnovers in Win Over Wadena-Deer Creek

The Barnesville boys’ basketball team shot 45% (23-51) from the floor on Friday night in Wadena as they handed the Wolverines of Wadena-Deer Creek a 63-48 loss.  WDC shot just 37% (18-48) on the night.

Adam Tonsfeldt poured in 23 points, making 4-of-7 treys, dished out 11 assists, grabbed 6 rebounds and came up with 3 steals to lead the Trojans.  Hunter Zenzen was in double figures with 16 points and also gathered 5 rebounds and had 2 steals.  Kaden Zenzen chipped in with 8 points, 7 rebounds and 2 seals, and Matt Samuelson had 7 points, 4 rebounds and 5 steals.  Jack Nelson had 6 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals.

Barnesville had a 35-30 advantage on the boards and forced 25 Wadena-Deer Creek turnovers.
