Twenty-four hours after the 2018-2019 Henning Boys’ Basketball Team was honored with the Sports Moment of the Year for their Class A State Basketball Championship, the 2019-2020 Hornets put 107 points on the scoreboard while holding Sebeka to 44, keeping Henning undefeated on the season.

“Tonight we found our rhythm and did what we are capable of doing on both ends if the floor,” said Henning Head Coach Randy Misegades. “We were able to get the tempo going in our favor, we moved the ball much better, and knocked down some shots. We look forward to hosting a great team from B/E Saturday afternoon.”

Five players were in double digits for the Hornets, led by Blake Wallevand with 22 and Isaac Fisher with 21.  Parker Fraki added 16, Brandon Trana had 12 and Blaine Wallevand contributed 10 points.  Rebound leaders were Fraki with 7 and Trana with 6.  Blake Wallevand came up with a team high 6 steals and Fraki dished out 4 assists on the night.
