Senior Dena Fischer earned six points for Perham/New York Mills at the Minnesota Class A State Girls Swimming and Diving Championships when she placed eleventh in the Diving competition at the U of M Aquatic Center on Saturday, scoring 343.85 points.
Fergus Falls sophomore Emilie Carlson did not advance to the second day as her prelim swim of 2:20.35 in the 200 IM failed to put her in the top sixteen swimmers in her event. It was her second straight appearance in the Class A State Meet.
