The Ottertail Central Football team lost a rain soaked game to Pillager Thursday night, falling to the Huskies by the score of 28-10.
OTC got on the board first when Pillager fumbled in their own end zone which gave the Bulldogs a safety and 2 points. Later in the second quarter OTC scored a touchdown on a 6 yard pass from Tanner Arndt to Brady VanErp. Arndt then hooked up with VanErp for the 2 point conversion. OTC led 10-0 at halftime.
In the second half not much went right for the Bulldogs. Pillager scored on their first possession after recovering an OTC fumble. After a short OTC possession Pillager again took advantage of an OTC turnover and took the lead 14-10.
In the fourth quarter Pillager added two more touchdowns to win 28-10. OTC will now play Crookston on Wednesday with the location and time not yet decided.
