The Comets were led by Mackenzie Foss (35 digs, 9 service points, 2 kills), Madison Foss (6 kills, 5 digs, 5 service points), Kate Peterson (5 service points), Amanda Dekok (5 kills), Maria Ruud (5 kills, 11 digs), Audra Ewan (11 set assists, 5 digs) and Olivia Stanton (6 set assists, 6 digs, 4 service points).

“We struggled in a few of the rotations in set one but then started to get some offense going in the first set,” said Hillcrest Head Coach Debi Foss. “We had the lead in the 2nd set but then the Panthers pulled ahead to win the set. We had a nice run at the end of the 3rd set but we were down by too much to come back. We look forward to our first actual “HOME” game of the season this Thursday because our home court is finally ready to be played on.  We will play Brandon-Evansville and also celebrate our seniors.”
