“The girls played a great game tonight,” commented Fergus Falls Head Coach Ben Jurgens.  “We played really well against the best team in the section.  Svea Smestad had a great game and overall the entire team did.”

East Grand Forks scored two goals in approximately a minute-and-a-half in the first half.  After they took a 3-0 lead the Otters scored their lone goal when senior captain Kenzy Braeger scored off a direct kick from Ellie Andersen.
