“The Battlers played great defense all night but could not outlast the constant offensive pressure by Henning,” stated Battle Lake Head Coach Jenny Roisum.  “I am very proud of how the Battlers played tonight.  The score does not reflect the long rallies and scramble plays that we made tonight.  The Battlers continue to work hard every night and learn with each match.” 

Grace Van Erp led Battle Lake with 10 digs, 6 kills, and  3 blocks  Makenna Tysdal finished with 13 digs, while Kate Christensen added 8 kills. 

The Battlers head to Underwood on Thursday for a Little Eight Conference match.
