Otter Boys Fourth after Day One of Section 8AA Golf Tournament

Fergus Falls is fourth after one day of Section 8AA Boys Golf competition at Bemidji, recording a total of 337 strokes on Monday at the Town and Country Club.  Detroit Lakes is first with a 311 and Crookston and Roseau are tied for second with scores of 331 heading into the final round on Tuesday.

Hunter Burnside of DL turned in the low score on day one with a 3-over par 75 and Daniel Rozsa of the Lakers is second with a 4-over par 76, tied with Jack Ricord of Crookson.  Aaron Shelstad of the Otters is tied for fourth with a 78.  Others at 78 include Drew Schwan of the Lakers and Grant Inniger of Barnesville.

Trey Soydara (83), Hayden Shol (86) and Chance Fazio (90) rounded out the team scoring for Fergus Falls.  Michael DeBrito turned in a 95 and Charlie Fuder had a 103.
