The Lakers recorded a team score of 334, followed by a 369 for the Otters. Bemidji was third with a 372 and Moorhead placed fourth with a 375. Shelby Busker of DL was the medalist with a 74.
Otter scores included an 87 for Greta Christenson, a 91 for Ellia Soydara, a 92 for Amy Johnson and a 99 for Mady Eklund. Thea Eklund and Lexi McGary each turned in rounds of 111.
“We need to keep putting the quality scores together we have been for the past couple of weeks,” said Head Coach Ben Jurgens of the Otters. “The girls have been pretty amazing at keeping their focus as the school year comes to an end. Especially the seniors with all the distractions they can have, our girls have kept their focus of doing our best to try and get through subsections. We are very excited for next Wednesday!”
