Lakers Score Late to Beat Otters 5-4

Detroit Lakes took a 4-0 lead with two runs in the third and two more in the fifth, however, Fergus Falls tied the game with a 4-run fourth before the Lakers pushed across the winning run in the sixth to take a 5-4 victory over the Otters on Friday.

All four of the Fergus Falls runs were unearned as DL committed five errors.  Cole Fronning (2-4, RBI, SB) and Abel Aho (1-4, R) had the only Fergus Falls hits.  Cole Knudson (0-3, R, BB, 2SB), Brock Kotschevar (0-3. R, BB) and Ian Stumbo (0-2, R, BB, HBP) also scored runs for the Otters.

Fergus Falls is now 3-9 on the season.
