“This is our second annual steak/fish fry,” said OTC Head Baseball Coach Ryan Hendrickson.  “Last year this was a great event for us as we hosted many people from all of our surrounding communities.” 

In 2018 they sold out of their 150 steaks and also sold all of their 25 fish fillets and still had many people to feed, so the Legion was gracious enough to sell burgers to those who were left out of the steaks and fish! 

“We have restocked our supply and ordered more steaks and fish for this year in preparation for the big night,” said Hendrickson.  “This is a great event for our players to get out into the public as they help serve, bus tables, and greet the public.  I love events like this where the players get to work for their proceeds.  It gives them a sense of responsibility and understanding of work and earning privileges.  Thank you to all who have supported our programs and communities through this event and the many others we host.”
