Barnesville was led by Kellen Hinsz (20 points, 10 rebounds, 2 steals) and Adam Tonsfeldt (17 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 5 steals) and Hunter Zenzen (6 points, 12 rebounds).
“We played great defense tonight and were able to get them flustered and in foul trouble,” stated Barnesville Assistant Coach Tracy Hinsz. “They beat us by fifteen a little over a week ago but tonight we weren’t letting them make layups like we did that night. We outrebounded them 46-34 and that was huge. The kids played an outstanding game.”
Barnesville (18-9) will now face Perham in the 8AA semifinals on Wednesday at 6:00pm at Concordia.
