“Aaron isn’t just the captain because he’s a good golfer, he’s our captain this year because of the way he treats his teammates and the leader he has developed into,” said Otter head coach Matt McGovern.
The Otter golfers will be starting off the season indoors in the state of the art golf facility inside the Roosevelt building. “We aren’t sure when we will actually be able to play outside this year so having the indoor facility is really amazing for us,” McGovern said.
The Otters are supposed to open up their season with a conference meet on April 9 hosted by Rocori.
The Otter Boys Golf team is coached by Matt McGovern and assistant coach Travis Johnson.
