Brandon-Evansville's season came to an end at the hands of the Hancock Owls on Thursday night in the Section 6A playoffs at UM-Morris as the Chargers lost by a score of 66-60.

“Our guys always play hard,” commented Head Coach Trent Hintermeister. “Even when we don't play well, we play hard. I thought we had multiple players get better this season and I'm looking forward to watching them continue to grow this summer and into next season. Good luck to Hancock moving forward.”

Leaders for the Chargers were Tanner Bitzan (18 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists), Sam Fuller (15 points, 6 rebounds), Keagan Schiele (10 points, 8 rebounds, 2 steals) and Marshall Riedel (12 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists).

“I'd like to say thank you to seniors Eli Anderson and Abe Huisman for all they've done for our program,” said Coach Hintermeister. “Good luck to both of them moving forward in their future endeavors.”

Brandon-Evansville finishes the season with a record of 14-13.
